How bright is the globe on the torch? |

The Zartek rechargeable torch uses a 3 Watt CREE LED globe.
This globe is the latest technology in high intensity lighting. The
light is a powerful flawless white beam of approximately 150 lumens. The
beam can be adjusted from a spot to a wide beam (flood) by turning
the head of the torch as a reflector is situated within the head.
Each globe has a lifetime warranty and can be used for 100 000 hours
before replacing. This globe has replaced the Luxeon LED as it is
double the brightness and efficiency yet similar price and operating
time.

How long does the battery last and how long does it take to
charge
the battery? |
A.
There is a choice between low bright (press button once) and high
bright (press button twice). On low bright the charge
will last 12 hours and on high bright 3.5 hours.
Charging time from flat to
full is 5-6 hours.
The battery pack is NiMH and has a capacity of 2000mAH which can
be recharged approximately 750 times. |

How is the torch recharged?

A.
Each torch comes with a mains power transformer, a vehicle charger
adaptor and a smart battery charger. The smart charger plugs directly
into the torch and the AC or vehicle adaptor connects to the smart
charger. A red LED indicates
power on. A flashing blue LED indicates charging and still blue
LED indicates fully charged.
